  • The service I received at this specific location was very poor. I was trying to cash a check and the women kept telling me that I had to pay some fee that I have never paid in the 3 years that I have been cashing those checks at Bank of America. When I told her never mind I will simply do a mobile deposit she continued to hold my check and my drivers license. It took about 5 minutes of me continuing to ask for my things back before she actually returned them to me.
