  • It sucks when your garage door breaks the day before your yard sale. Luckily we were parked on the driveway because of the sale. Unlucky, because we needed someone to come out fast, or no sale! I called for an appointment at 3pm. They gave me a time window of 4 - 7 pm same day! Before they arrived, they called to let me know their ETA. Ronen was here and finished with the job before 6 pm. Ronen did a fantastic job fixing the broken tension spring on our garage door. He offered us different options for the repair, so we could choose the basic springs or higher quality springs with a better warranty. The prices were fair, based on the research that I'd done online before calling for the repair. Ronen was very patient with me when I asked if I could watch him work. He spent the time to explain each step of what what he was doing, and verified that everything was working correctly, and also lubricated the springs and joints of the door as part of his complete service. Highly recommend!
