| - Love! Love! Love! my new windows! I am a repeat Renewal by Andersen customer. Last year they replaced a small 5' slider door with the most beautiful (and every efficient) 12' Gliding French door in my living room. It is solid and an incredible focal point in the great room living space. great light and a view to the backyard now. I love it.
Now, this year, I wanted to upgrade all the windows in the house. Twelve in all. I was tired of the 30 year old aluminum frame windows failing/full of condensation and dust. They are the worst energy loss in the house, too.
I called around because I knew it would be an investment. I met with other good named companies, but chose Andersen at the end. I didn't want vinyl frames-not in the desert heat!
Andersen gave me a very fair price. I'm a repeat customer and they respected that. They are always very helpful, respectful, attentive and informative. From the sales staff, the customer service and order processing folks, Steve the manager, Luis, every person that was in my home last week...
They knew I had company staying with me -the same day they were ripping out every window in my home. They pushed my order to be ready on time, and they sent a large crew to handle it in one day! I still cannot believe they replaced all of them and were done by 3pm! One was a large arch over the kitchen, and one was a circle that did not open. They converted it to a square double hung. Now I can open my bathroom window. I love it!
Thanks again, Renewal by Andersen, for another excellent job all the way around. My home looks fantastic now!
If anyone is considering new windows, please do yourself a favor and invest in these windows. They may be a bit more expensive, but the patented wood/poly fiber composite frames and beautiful looking, very energy efficient windows will make it more than worth it in the long run.
When people consider resale value, like I did, people either say, "the home has new windows." Or they say, "the home has Andersen windows." I know I just made the best decision for resale value and lowering my energy bills, let alone a gorgeous look to my home.
lol. I'm clearly a thrilled customer. Please disregard the low rating by that former pissed off employee. He is trying to push people away from these guys, and there must be a good reason for him not being there anymore. He tried bashing the company to me, as well, as a former customer. But, to no avail. My proof is in the pudding.
