  • I thought I was charged three different prices for two trips. Initially Ubet said it was just a hold and would drop off. When it did not, Uber requested a copy of my bank statement. After I complied, told me "they" were not showing the extra charge and I should provide more proof. I thought my bank statement was sufficient. My bank statement clearly showed three charges. Because they took me to the DMV I thought they double charged me when in fact it was a DMV charge. I apologize to Uber, they were right. I was wrong. My words to them were not nice and yet they were courteous. Thank you, Uber. Dyane J.
