rev:text	I've a mixed review for this shuttle service. I got a discount rate for round-trip service from the airport to my hotel through Expedia, and had all the required print-out forms at the ready. The rate was super cheap. At the airport, I easily located the Bell Trans desk by the luggage carousel. There the guy directed me to a certain exit to await the shuttle. He was aloof and not at all welcoming. At the exit in question, though, were 2 Bell Trans folks: a gentleman waiting by a limo, and a lady at a stand talking to the dispatcher and directing people waiting for shuttles. At this particular time (9:30am on a Sunday morning a few days before XMas) there was no one in line. In fact, there was nary a soul around. Just me, waiting for a shuttle. And waiting. And waiting. Luckily, this guy and gal were AWESOME and super-friendly and more than made up for the gruff guy by the carousel desk. The lady kept referring to me a "Precious" and was hysterical and so outgoing and friendly. The guy started serenading me with Christmas songs, as I was waiting so long for my shuttle, and man, he was GOOD! Like, professionally good. I think he said he is a member of the old-time group The Coasters. Wow, that was cool! He couldn't have been nicer. Finally the shuttle arrived. I was the only passenger, so I had a direct "express" ride to the Encore. The driver was very nice and we chatted the whole way. I asked if we could stop somewhere so I could get a Diet Coke (I also needed to break a $20 to get change for the tip. The driver noted that he didn't have change). He kindly obliged, and I stopped at a Vegas equivalent to a 7-11. He drove extremely well and acted as tour guide during the brief drive. Upon the return drive back to the airport: the shuttle was waiting for me before I even stepped out of the Encore. He only had one more pick up, at the Wynn next door. So again, it was a pretty empty shuttle and we made great time to the airport. This driver, too, was exceptionally nice and professional and a great driver. So... kind of a mixed bag, due to the inexplicably long wait to get a ride from the airport to the hotel. But the drives themselves, and the drivers, were great. I would use them again.
