rev:text	I am so pleased with this vet. We took our 1 1/2 year old papillon to be spayed two weeks ago. Prior to the scheduled surgery I did have a little trouble getting them on the phone & returning calls to make the appointment but I chalked it up to being busy and not rude. They were very accommodating and friendly. They spoke to me about all costs up front and told me what I could expect before, during and after the surgery. The morning of the surgery I was pleased to know the costs were still the same (I've had experiences with other vets where costs just magically increased). Payment was due upon pick up. Front staff (Alyssa) was great. The vet was great also and gentle with our nervous girl. Alyssa even called us once our pap was out of surgery to give us an update on how it went and how she was doing. When we picked her up, the costs were still the same (amazing! lol) she was out of it but the girl that was there in the evening, Nikki, was quite versed in the post op care. She explained everything clearly. She was great with helping our girl into the e-collar and professional in getting us in and out quickly but not rushing us on our way. They also gave us two free check ups for our paps incisions despite not having an issue with the healing process whatsoever. It was clear to me they just wanted to make sure everything was healing nicely. I'm extremely impressed and everyone I encountered that day has a clear love for the work they do and the pets they see. Competitive pricing, great customer service and a love for the job is a winning combination. I'm thinking of changing this animal hospital to my vet permanently. Highly recommend.
