  • Stopped by here with 2 friends for lunch on a weekend. Cons: 1. Only valet parking $3. No free parking for such a tiny place. 2. HORRIBLE customer services. This is the worst customer services I have ever received from an american restaurant. Waitresses were non friendly, never smiled once except when giving us our check, brought us only 2 water when we had 3 ppl, never asked how I wanted my steak or eggs, demanded to take my meny back even when she saw me still lookin at it. Attitude was horrible overall. You can tell she doesnt want to serve us. Front check in girl gave the same vibe. Only time she smiled was when we left, and it was a forced smile. 3. Food was okay. Somewhat overpriced for the amount given. Steak was half the size of what you would normally expect. And NO steak sauce even though they served steak. Really? Pros: 1. Nice ambient atmosphere. 2. The mexican cleaning ladies. They were probably the only friendly workers in this place. Never coming back here again. Management need to re-train their employees in the art of customer services because it SUCKS.
