Addendum: Allow this to serve as an update to my earlier review. Even though we had the batteries replaced for our respective iPhones, mine again completely shut down after a week. I immediately brought it back to the store. This time I met Brandon. He advised that he would perform a diagnostic test and kept it overnight. When I returned to retrieve the phone, Brandon said that it merely needed an "iOS update." How he got "into" the phone, I don't know. Nor do I know how he got it to function so well. But I can state that with the new battery and the update as instituted via Brandon's expertise, I will not need to buy a costly new smartphone. For that alone, both my wife and I are grateful and continue to be impressed with the 3 individuals (Justin, Eduardo & Brandon) we have met at this store. It is a facility one should visit BEFORE ever considering investing in a new device.
