| - Sometimes, Walmart gets a bad name. Most times, they deserve it.
And, one bad apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch, but when more than half the bunch is bad....the whole bunch really is.
So....why continue to go there if balancing the low prices isn't worth the headache? I like to see growth commercially, professionally, spiritually and emotionally...but Walmart Auto takes the cake for me. But, I thank them. I've made a decision to not go there anymore. Mom and Pop stores and establishments...I'm coming home where good service is honored with fair tender. Organization. Neatness. Explanations and good old fashioned customer relations (-- oh my! I'm breathing again) are a staple. No more going in two days in a row for an oil change. I went in at 1:30 on Friday -- "aahhh. No more oil changes today." Went in the next morning at 9:00 -- "aahhh. You didn't make an appointment yesterday?" For WALMART!!! Well, not to worry, was my response. I'll just call corporate and ...... "Oh, wait. We can make an appointment for you right now. But when you call corporate, please let them know...."
Too bad. Their prices were decent for tires and an oil change but not cheap enough for me to sell my soul and resort to foul language and even worse, stinking thinking. No, I didn't go there.
Be the change you wish to see. Start by choosing perfect service for perfect rates. Choose your sanity.
Oh, btw, I did not go back for an oil change. Are you kidding me? I know there was a meet up as soon as I left the building.
