Girl at the ticket counter was condescending and had a poor attitude. I just wanted to go to the theater (as the showing was literally about to start) while her and my mother worked out a refund for a previous showing of Atomic Blonde that we missed. She gave me immense attitude. It started with me saying let's just go as the movie was starting soon and I like seeing the trailers. She decided to be smart about it and was like "well the trailers haven't even started yet". I said that it was literally 1:15 pm (when the showing was going to start) and she just rebutted with smart remarks. Then I was asking what seat numbers we were and she said "theater 9" and I said "no, I need the seat numbers" and she interrupted me with a "if you'd let me finish honey, I would've told you they're [seat numbers yadda yadda yadda]". She does not have a Southern accent so it wasn't a cute/endearing or accidental thing. It was dripping with her condescending tone. Any worker who thinks it's okay to call customers "honey" condescendingly while interrupting them and serving attitude the whole time they're "helping" someone need a severe attitude check. Wish I would've caught her name so I could put it here.
Otherwise, food was eh at best. Got the traditional mac and cheese and it was a little tough/undercooked pasta wise, and then I also got the brownie over the top sundae and the brownie bits were pretty hard instead of soft and chewy. The movie was awesome though and for once the menus and the floor weren't sticky.
