  • Worst experience I've had here yet. I've been here a few times to get my nails done and have had no problems but this experience was bad enough to not make me want to go there anymore. The employees are very nice but this was a quality issue. I've always thought they were a bit overpriced. I went in to get a gel full set, gel pedicure, and half facial wax. I ended up spending more than $200. Before the waxing I told the lady that I had sensitive skin and she said she would put something on my face to protect it well fast forward a few days after the waxing I ended up getting folliculitis on my cheeks. This is not acne it's in fact an infection on this skin which leads me to believe that she was double dipping. The folliculitis ended up leaving scars on my face. Below I have a picture of it at its worst. My second issue was that after about a week and a half three nails had broken on my right hand. The full set seemed to have been done way too thin or just overall badly. I was very upset about all of this because I paid good money to have everything done and instead of getting good quality I got awful quality.
