  • I took my puppy there (almost 2 years) and, for some reason, she yelped as they were walking her back. She's been uncomfortable lately with strangers so I wasn't too concerned. When I picked her up a few hours later, she looked good on initial glance and they told me that it took her a while to warm up to them but she did eventually. They also said they did not do her bottom as they did not want her to yelp. After I got her home, I got to looking at her and there is a spot on her side that looks like maybe the guard came off of the clippers because it's like a super short spot. Also, not only was her bottom and "girlie area" not clipped, it did not even look like it had been washed...same with her tail. Her whole body was soft and silky but her tail was still coarse and dry feeling and not at all trimmed. I will not be returning nor can I recommend them.
