rev:text	I seriously cannot believe these reviews and think they must be fake. Three weeks ago I called for a quote on a service for my BMW. I was told I would get a call right back. After three days I figured it was a fluke and called back again. I was told I would be called right back. 2.5 weeks later....still no returned call. I just don't get. If they can not bother returning a call on a $2000 Inspection 2 I'm not sure how they would value small service appointments...
