  • Purchased a 2015 GTI about a year and half into owning it and it still under manufacture warranty the driver seated factory stitching started to separate. Took it in and they didn't do a thing and shrugged it off. They stated they would have to take pictures and get approval by a manager. I then called them again about the issue and asked to speak to a manager. The lady stated that he was out due to health issues and would call back when he is in. I never received a call back. Mind you I am not a 1 time buyer from them. My parents have bought a vehicle from them and my brother 2. Would not recommend business with them if they can't even stand behind their own product.
