  • Machines are missing parts, and or broken constantly and they never get repaired. So every time I go back it's just in a worse state. Customer Service is below average at best. When I called to cancel my membership They wanted to charge me an additional month because my thirty day notice lapsed 2 days into the next billing period. Enjoy the extra $22.00 and this review EOS. Just know if you sign up at EOS you will receive ZERO Customer Care and all they will do is send you to their "Third Party Processor" ABC Financial when you have issues, and all they will tell you is "I'm sorry but all we can do is enforce your contract with EOS." But hey if you like broken machines and crappy customer support have at it. Just know LVAC is just down the street and superior in every way.
