  • Bought 3 large trees from this location, and had them plant them in mid May. Surprisingly, they quickly showed signs of excessive shock and stress from the recent transfer. I called them, and they made some recommendations, then extended my warranty an extra 90 days. We closely followed their recommendations, but the trees died, so I called and spoke to Manager Derek Wagner. He remembered me after reviewing the notes they added to our account, and immediately agreed to replace them. Example #1 of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We visited the nursery a few weeks later to pick out our replacement trees, and Sales Rep Manny quickly offered to help us. We told him the story, and he helped us pick out our trees. Example #2 of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - MANNY is awesome! Very knowledgable, friendly, and accommodating. We also worked w/ the onsite Manager to close out the deal, and he was equally awesome. Sorry, I forgot your name! Bottom line: My wife and I have been gardening for many years, and are blown away at the level of professionalism and expertise at this location. Great company/Great staff! You can trust them to honor their warranty and protect your hard earned $$$$.
