  • Big fan of this place, and have been going since it opened. However, lately its seems there have been changes, i.e revolving bartenders/staff. Now just found out the original owner(Rick) has sold the restaurant. I hope they can maintain the original connection the employees made with the guests and the overall ambiance of Joe's.
