  • I just placed a couch on consignment with Switch and the experience was overall easy and pleasant. I emailed them using the email address on their site and sent a picture as well. Brett, (store manager?) emailed me back the next day saying the couch looked good and that I could bring it in anytime, but to give them a days notice. Saturday rolled around and I realized I could do it that day, so I called to ask if I could drop it off. Brett said sure and a couple hours later I was at the back entrance and the workers helped unload it. Filled out a quick page of contact information and I asked what their policy is, he said because they have about 10,000 pieces of consignment stuff it's best we check back whenever we want to see if our item has sold, Which I can understand and don't have a problem doing. Best of all, if it doesn't sell they donate it for you, so no hassle of picking it back up! I'll update my review if/when the couch sells.
