  • I want to preface this by saying that I have been here several times since it opened. This review is based on a very negative experience I had upon visiting this location yesterday. My partner and I waited for about 10 minutes by the door to be seated. During this time, the two servers there saw us on various occasions when serving customers and ignored us. At about the 10 minute mark, we finally got seated. Having said this, there were no customers ahead of us in line except to get take out. The restaurant was about full. When we sat down, we waited for about 10 more minutes and nobody came to serve us. At the point, I requested to see a manager and explained that there was a lack of customer service here. I had chosen to come here because of receiving some coupons in the mail but I would be choosing to go two doors down to Cha Me Cha, where I was always treated with good customer service. The manager apologized and said that many people got take out and that perhaps the servers thought that's what we were there for. I responded that even if that were true, the take out orders were clearly at the far end of the restaurant and we stood by the reception desk. Unbelievably terrible customer service here. Make sure you just go next door. I will say that there's one thing on the menu I enjoyed in my previous visits. The Milk Tea FrappĂ© is delicious for milk tea lovers. But I no longer believe I will come back here.
