Rented a car for a day while on vacation a year ago there. Well... I found it very odd that this location closed at 3pm daily, at the time. I also found it even more odd that the drop off of the car intended dropping the keys in a drop box that anyone could reach their hand into and take off with keys. So when I dropped the car off, my gut told me that I should have my picture taken by my companion putting the keys in the drop box. I also went out of my way to get a employee at the entrance of the hotel the enterprise rental company is located in to show me where the box was as proof my keys went in the open box. I also took note of his name. To my surprise the next day.. I get a voicemail left on my phone that the keys were missing... you crooks!!! When I called the lady back about the keys missing. I immediately stopped her and said I had a feeling that something was beyond shady so I had the pic and the hotel staff's info.. what do you know? She immediately dropped the issue and said they would continue looking.. never did hear anything again from them.. I did go online after and noticed several reviews where people had to pay for missing keys at this location..... do yourself a favor. If you do use this location. Do not put the keys in the drop off box. Anyone can reach their hand in the box and it will leave you with a $300 charge. I still feel that the staff may be behind the missing key scam....
