  • My two story house had dirty screens and dirt build up in the tracks do bad my new tenants could not open the windows. I had originally called another window washing company for a quote. They dropped the ball, then passed it to Andy at Creosote. Wow! Andy was fun and pleasant on the phone and his communication gave me a sense that his goal was to delight the customer. I live out of state but own a rental with tenants in Chandler. He told me he could take a look at the house and give me a quote the next day. He followed through. He called me to walk through the quote and what was included. He also does gutter cleaning. I told him to add it. He gave me the pricing for gutter cleaning. Given I had never had them cleaned, I thought they were sure to be full of leaves. He had an opening for the next day. He showed up on time and did a fantastic job. My tenant said "He was great! Did a wonderful job, very pleasant, and professional. It was nice to enjoy sleeping with my bedroom window open." They don't smell the dust from dirty screens. Andy informed me the gutters were actually pretty clean. He just brushed out a few leaves with no charge. Now, I would have never known that. He could have said they were dirty and just charged me. He executed with honesty and integrity. Kudos for that! Andy made payment and scheduling so easy. I would highly recommend Creosote Window Washing. If I ever need this service again, I'll be calling Andy at Creasote. Thank you Andy for a job well done and delighting your customer!
