  • I bought a groupon for this business, tried to schedule an appointment for three! days, left FOUR messages and nothing! Finally got a call back from someone who said oh oops, you left messages? Really? didn't get any messages from you. When I said that I wanted my money back she said "contact groupon, thank you, have a nice day". That was it! No "how can I make it up to you", nothing! Not like I would go in for service after trying to schedule something for three days anyway but she could've tried at least!
