  • Went today, Feb. 11, 2018. First, got in line and waited. There was a Spanish speaking person next to me and the cashier automatically assumed that my group was with her, she skipped to the next person in line. The cashier attending to the Spanish speaker was to the left of me and the cashier lady was tending to the right of me. She saw me and my group in the middle of the register line awkwardly standing there and didn't ask to help. So finally, the left cashier was done we were able to order. Placed our order, cashier couldn't figure out to split the bill. Had to wait longer. We sat down, and waited drinks never came. I asked the lady, where are our drinks while she was serving our food. She responded with I will make them right now. We ate, and finished our food. Never got our drinks. Asked for my refund, was not offered anything in return. I usually really like this place, like a lot. I have spent a great deal of money here. Just the overall service has gone down.
