  • The owner needs to hire a receptionist since she obviously cannot cater to customers in a timely fashion. Called for an appointment (would have been my 2nd time there) and she never bothered to return my call. Called again, she put me on hold for 5 minutes and I just hung up. I had earlier left a message for a 10am appt., she then sends an email confirming an 11am appt. Sorry for the stylist I had requested, would have loved to had my hair colored and cut by her but the owner ruined it.
