  • I went to school at UNLV and had an overall good experience, however it was nothing like the incredible tight knit community that is the UNLV Honors College. Damn it I want a do over! The faculty are top notch - you will not find a more passionate, driven, and enthusiastic team of professionals to support you in your college goals and aspirations. The really care - genuinely. Not only will you have an amazing educational experience, but you also get an amazing community experience. The Honors college is currently training together to do a Tough Mudder...I mean can I get a Hell Ya!? The list of activities, mixers, study week snack gatherings goes on and on. Not to mention when you are an honors student you also get your own study lounge in the Lied Library (arguably one of the coolest buildings/environments on campus.) If you are looking for an absolutely inedible academic experience, faculty that are brilliant and passionate, and a genuine community of amazingly smart and talented individuals than look no further - The UNLV Honors College is the place for you.
