  • I called today because I needed a hair appointment for a meeting that I have next week. I need to make a good impression so my hair needs a little love before I go to this meeting. I should have planned this better, but I didn't. The nice woman (I wish I would have written her name down) that answered the phone went above and beyond to get me scheduled in my tight timeframe. I have an appointment in 4 days! I was extremely impressed with her dedication to helping me and her excellent customer service. Thanks again!
