  • I was traveling through Arizona when the AC on my GX 470 went out. I had no idea how fortunate I was to have this happen in Phoenix. I searched for the closet dealer ship and fiend Earnhardt Lexus on Camelback Road. I entered the service drive and was immediately greeted by someone who listened to my problem and immediately took my car to a service bay. I was next introduced to a service writer who passed on this information to the service technician. As I was waiting I noticed how clean and modern this dealership is. What a place. By far this is the finest Lexus dealer ship I have been in. The people are friendly and have a genuine concern for your issue. Next I met Mr. Larry Bockius. At this point the magic happened. Once he knew I was traveling he did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. He also made sure the care was safe and all of the mechanics of the car were in excellent shape for the remainder of my trip. I'm from California and I wish we had a dealership like this there. I am seriously considering buying my future cars here just to deal with them. If you are looking for a Lexus, new or pre owned, these are the people to work with. Thank you so very much Larry and all the people at Earnhardt. You are the absolute best and have set the bar for all Lexus Dealerships. You can buy a car from anywhere. It's what they do and how they treat you after the sale that counts. Mr. Bockius and Earnhardt have your back on that! Rusty O
