  • I have been bringing my kids here for years now. I would say half of the staff is excellent and half is extremely unprofessional. The rooms do not have doors and I have heard some staff gossiping about kids (I.e. "That kid is a big baby") and loudly talking about the past weekend with their boyfriend (I.e. "Needing to buy a new bed now"). On a plus- Cathy in the front office and Alberto, dental assistant/hygienist, are both amazing! I give them 5 stars. Cathy has spent extra time working with my insurances trying to save me the most money, even though she did not need to put extra effort into it. Alberto came out to the front and made my son so much more at ease and confident about having to get a spacer and 4 teeth pulled. He is excellent and truly cares about kids. These two need a pay raise for sure!!
