  • I have been in this store four times in the past two months, three of these events occurred in the past two days. Every time I went in, the small problem I had turned into a catastrophe of biblical proportions. The so-called Genius I had was a tattoo-laden snot-nosed kid who probably jerks off to a photo of Steve Jobs when he gets home. The next Genius did care, but couldn't fix the problem and said my hard drive was probably doomed. Apple store - take a long hard look at the shuttered General Motors dealers to see what happens when you skimp on customer service.
