  • This is the best dental practice I've have ever experienced in my life and that is no exaggeration. From the way I was greeted when I arrived and throughout my visit. Thank you Groupon for sending my g/f a coupon for an exam, x-rays, cleaning, whitening, etc. special they were running. I had low expectations, because of some of the dental practices I've had experiences with in the past, weren't too great. I was very pleasantly surprised to find their office very nicely laid out, clean, organized and very tasteful. I am an I.T. Professional and I was very impressed with their high tech equipment and there proficiency with using it. Everything is done digitally there. I never touched a piece of paper. All of the equipment is state of the art. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They placed me at ease from the start. I was relaxed the entire visit. They provided clear and detailed information about my current dental health and their recommended course of treatment was explained in easy to understand terms. They made sure I also understood why they recommended what they recommended. In the past with other dental practices I was made to feel stupid, ashamed and felt like I was being sold something. That was not the case with Rock Springs. All costs were explained with various options to make it affordable. No pressure to do anything. I felt as though they had my best interests at heart and not all about t making a buck. I am HIGHLY recommending them to anyone I know. They will be my dental office for the foreseeable future. I now actually look forward to going to the dentist!
