  • Atwater is a quiet area and this is a good option if you want a beer and some small food items. The menu is not dazzling but nice. Recommended: Tuna tataki thing, chicken wings ($2 each though), tendon in ponzu (good value) Skip: octopus balls, skewers, ramen Decent: mackerel (small and expensive but good), salads. Booze: limited choice, higher prices. Ambiance: Great Service: Very good Parking: Good after 8 pm. Basically, after a long day and when I'm in the hood this is a place for a cold Saporo and some meaty salty things to wash it down. There is no better place for a good few blocks.
