  • David Biever is the "APPLIANCE WHISPERER"! He is quick to respond; calls you about 20 minutes prior to arriving at your home; knowledgeable; 20-years in the business; never leaves a hint of debris or dirt; articulate; professional; properly dressed AND even tells you how to prevent service calls and damage to your appliances. Specializes in high-end appliances, but services all brands. The initial service call fee to access your problem is applied to the cost of parts/repairs if needed. I contacted him regarding an Asco dishwasher & Wolf oven; immediately upon entering my kitchen said, "Do you hear that? When did you last clean the coils in the Sub-Zero?" .....uhhh never! He could 'hear' that the unit was working harder than it should & pulled off the cover over the unit & much to my embarrassment uncovered a filthy mess! I thought I was being so good to get up there and clean the face frame grill! He showed me what to do & said to vacuum it out every 6 months - a dirty coil unit is like clogged arteries in a human! He ordered the parts for the dishwasher & oven on the spot & had them is just a few days! Amazing businessman & technician. I reiterate Jimmy V's comments: Davis is the epitome of first class service!
