  • I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for the exuberant yelling of "Hi! Welcome back to Popeye's!" by the entire crew every time someone walks in the door. It's annoying and distracting. I've been here for 10 minutes and it's happened about 15 times... the last time a kid at a table next to me was holding his ears because it was so loud. Seriously, it's like a circus.
