  • okay, so a vehicle repair shop is not at the top of most people's "must lists" since the need for them usually generates from an unpleasant experience so of course a person's disposition is already soured. ABRA Auto Body & Glass did a terrific job with my vehicle repair. Erich was very communicative and upfront with my estimate and he even went back and tailored my estimate print out so i could understand it better. The staff was very friendly Olivia and Rebecca were very personable and a few times i went in to the shop so crabby that Rebecca even gave me a free box of girl scout cookies. The two things that really put this place over the top for service though was their complete accountability and going above and beyond what was even required. so i had a little crack in my windshield, on their way to deliver the car to me the windshield shattered. ABRA was so apologetic and they rushed to replace the windshield for free even though the original chip/small crack was probably there to begin with. They also without even a question and without charging me aligned my front bumper with the rest of my vehicle this was an error done by Gates West Side in late summer. Gates was going to make good on correcting my misaligned bumper but it would have been my third trip there plus another loaner car. ABRA saved me the time, headache and effort and they took care of this for me and it was not even their mistake. I sure hope i don't need future auto body repair but if i do i will trust ABRA east side to make things right.
