  • Century link is/are the world worse customer service. I thought COX is bad. These 2 company would tie in a race. I have been on the phone this morning for 1 hour and 27 minutes. Been transferred 5 times and still have no help from anyone to help with my bill. This is a bunch of bs. Bunch of lazy people. What good is your service if you can't help? I'm on speaker phone because my ear is getting hot from my phone. As I'm typing this, I'm still on hold from my 5th transfer. Wtf? I guess once they get on the phone, I'm canceling my service because of this bs. I'm not on contract so screw them. I'll find a different Co. To start over and get screw there too I guess. Can't find good services anymore Any where. Wake up century link! Read about your bad reviews! NO STARS!
