The woman who took my order on the drive thru sounded like she hated being at her job. I mean, it's not like I ordered something difficult. A grande Caramel Frappuccino, iced vanilla coffee, and a cake pop for my little tot. So I drive up the window to pay for my order and there she is giving me the most unwelcoming service I've ever experienced. I've worked in the hospitality field for many years and man, if she was my employee I would terminate her! I think she needs an associate handbook refresher and learn that a friendlier service and a simple hello how may I help/assist you today. And not the "Can I help you" tone of voice can both turn or change a customer's impression of yourself and your company.
That is all.
