Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a coffee bean & tea leaf. The two women working this morning were not only extremely rude, but gave me the wrong drink and refused to fix it. I'm sure working at an airport location is not always the most fun, but the terrible attitudes that these employees have pretty much ruined my attitude as a paying customer.
Flying is already stressful enough for some people... why make it worse?
Starbucks at gate C, which was further down, had a line that wrapped around... if you're at the airport and boarding at gate c, go there instead.
