rev:text	Long story short: they are not honest about the services offered, do a mediocre job, and take weeks to cash your check.... Here's the short story long.....I was having guest from out of town for Christmas and wanted to have a deep clean done of the house. I researched companies and found the billboard for the deep clean service from iclean for $199. When I looked at their website it showed the same service for $180. The sales person in the main office honored the deal. I was told the deep clean included 2 maids for 5 hours, a total of 10 man hours. The ladies packed up to leave at 4 hours and said the the main office told them only 4 hours. The ladies who came were nice, but did a mediocre job overall. My priority was the blinds, window sills, and baseboards. They didn't even touch the blinds in my living room which are right behind the couch thus super visible! The fridge was not cleaned, The lower parts of the furniture were not polished. The kids beds were not polished. At the follow up call I let the office know and was promised a 1 hour make up clean. He was supposed to call me back after Christmas.. I have still not received a call back and it's over 2 weeks later. I called to sort it out today with the office and was told that the $180 deal does not exist (even though is is plainly on their website) and that I was not owed any make up clean. I would not book this service again. Avoid the hassle and go with a more professional company!!!
