  • I've always liked Chapman BMW because of their service department. I hate auto repairs but here it's always so easy, welcoming and efficient. Recently I called to ask about windshield info on our car as we were going to get the windshield replaced by a windshield company. On the phone I was helped by Michael Ludtke. In a no pressure way he spoke to me about why it would make sense to bring the car in to get this done at the dealership. He was able to get me in right away, fix other things we asked and amazingly they had our car finished very quickly. I was so impressed with the service and the ease of it all. Thanks to Michael and the rest of the service dept!
