It's good food. And yes, you can only get it while you can. They don't thaw from frozen, so if they run out, they run out.
It's not the kind of place to come for service- you make your order at the counter, pick it up and seat yourself- I don't think they ever had a maitre d, so excuse the service. It's a bit disorganized, but don't take it personally, the staff are trained to cook, not serve.
I'd agree with some reviewers, the quality's gone down a bit, so I hope Albert's reads these reviews and makes a few changes and brings back whatever it was that made the oxtail gravy stick to your bones.
