  • Milos is the Greek restaurant in the Cosmopolitan and it's such a fun restaurant to go to, I really love the vibe. The restaurant has a very upbeat feel to it, the servers are always very friendly and welcoming, it's just cheery space. They have a gorgeous seafood display where you can choose the fish you want to eat with I always find so fun. An absolute must try is the whole fish baked in salt crust in the traditional Greek fashion, it's incredible. People rave on this restaurant, it's not my favorite in the Cosmo for dishes though, I think STK and Beaty & Essex are much more delicious all around, and Zuma which is such a great dining experience! Check out my other reviews on each of those! Milos is definitely worth a visit though.
