  • Came to Matcha Tea House for the first time. Went inside with a friend and we were staring at the menu for a good few minutes and the workers just stared. Clearly it was our first time and it didn't feel like we were welcomed as first time guests. Then they pointed to the menu on the table for an easier look I suppose. I ended up ordering the blend iced match with almond milk; It was good. Overall, the ambiance and aesthetics are nice. But, customer service needs work.
