This place is SUPER cool. Old and new items are an eclectic mix of industrial antiques, glass bottles in every shape imaginable, and artsy craftsy pieces by locals. I enjoyed a Sunday afternoon wandering the aisles.
My picks?
1. Definitely stop here if you want a fun and irreverent card. The stationary section toward the back is small but VERY well curated. If you don't laugh out loud at least once while perusing, you have no soul.
2. The alpaca throw blankets just to the right of the front entrance are DIVINE. And damn affordable. I'll be going back for one in particular, but I'm not telling you which or you might snag it first.
3. A cast-cement chilling stone that cradles a lab flask. This thing is so friggin' cool. Keeps your drinks chilled or warm. I want it for the brag factor.
4. The antique treadle scroll saw. Why? Nay, my friend--the question is why NOT? It still works. Friggin' awesome.
Come here for gifts and decorating your pad--especially if you like shocking your mother with decor items that look like you'll need a tetanus shot if you get too close (seriously--what's cooler than that?!).
And don't forget a card or two--you never know when you'll need a card or two.
