  • Wow. I couldn't agree with these other negative reviews more. Lets see...where to start? There are only two people working at this business and they are a husband and wife team. James and Audrey. I would agree that James is not really a "receptionist" personality and does not dress how you would expect one to dress in a facility that offers "beauty" treatments. I got a groupon for laser hair removal and yes, I was given a half a sheet of paper towel to cover my lower portion for the brazilian area. I am always given glasses to wear but oddly, the aesthetician Audrey does not wear any eye protection. Weird. Anyway, she is nice and personable and makes you feel at ease about being nude on this table (which by the way is like a foldable massage table or something...creaky and cheap). So I definitely have seen results but because there is no method to the way she zaps down there, I am totally patchy. I can tell she misses TONS of places and like a previous reviewer stated, there are a lot of places to be zapped down there that requires the aesthetician to use their hands. She is hands-off and therefore....I am patchy. It is so dang painful though that I never say anything about how she misses about 50% of the area down there every time. I mean....I can tell that she skips over areas just by feeling (I don't look) and sometimes the zapping lasts for 5 minutes...sometimes less. Like I said....no method is used to ensure that she gets everything. I'm so done with this business. If you don't schedule an appointment WAY in advance you won't be able to get in for a long time because they are literally booked for every available 30 minute slot due to their excessive groupon/living social ads. Its like a cattle line. There is no offer of any numbing cream (like other places) and nothing for cooling (also, like other places have). Its interesting because if you go down to the bottom of all the reviews, you will see the reviews that were deleted because Yelp found them to breaking some rules..guess who has been deleted more than once? Audrey. Curious! Also, when I first started going there (about 8 months ago), Audrey used to wear scrubs (like you would expect) but now she wears workout gear, jeans and heels etc. Not sure what thats about but everything about this place is sketchy and I would not recommend it to ANYONE. I will write groupon and living social to ask that they do not allow this business to advertise through them anymore....it is a disservice to customers to continue to do so.
