  • Airport itself isn't bad. Very normal. United terminal is easy to find. United lost my one piece of checked luggage.....but you can bet they still charged me for it. They had it delivered at 4:30 a.m. "free, as a courtesy". My flight got in at 5 pm. They lost it, I paid them......how is giving it back a courtesy? Turds. How airlines have declined. Flight attendants weren't very nice....more like hall monitors on a power trip (I know this varies from flight to flight, I'm sure there are some sweet ones still). Unless the price is majorly different, I will be trying another airline next time.
