  • How i wish that I had really read these reviews several months ago, when i changed from Direct TV ( who i was completely fine with) after being promised extremely cheap services for exactly what we had (supposedly). Lets fast forward a bit.. there was some confusion switching our services which resulted in Direct TV giving us a refund and actually a Visa card for the inconvenience and frustration that they caused, Just called Century Link to 1.) up our speed on our WiFi as it is AWFUL!!! and 2.) add HBO/Cinemax. Well, we were told unable to do this as owe a balance of 220 to Direct TV. I stated that this had been resolved with them and we had actually received 100% credit (for this exact amount) as well as a 75 Visa card. "oh no, we dont see that, we see that you owe". after questioning WHY it would even matter to Century Link (told still partners with Direct TV), sent them a email stating all of the above from Direct TV, still told cant add anything on due to delinquency. AND WiFi cant be upgraded as it will mess with TV service. Certainly wish this had been passed along at the time. If it wasnt for contract, i would leave them in 1/2 a heartbeat!! UNBELIEVABLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!
