  • Some of the worst customer service I've experienced at a Zara store. Waited by cash for assistance as several floor associates And managers looked through me and never asked if I needwd help. When I finally spoke with who seemed to be a manager they passed me to an associate who passed me on to two other associates. I asked for them to locate an item and I assumed they went to look for it. Waited nearly 20 minutes (again no one approached me for assistance) and finally inquired about the item. Apparently they couldn't find it and of course did NOT notify me of this. As I waited I watched how they waited hand and foot on more "Yorkville worthy" clientèle. Store seemed poorly managed and sales associates and especially managers did not seem well trained in basic customer service. Money is money people. Every customer is worth your attention. Never going to this location again. Visited 9/23/16 around 7pm.
