  • The staff and dentist mixed up my name/file with another girl three times in total. When I signed in they called me by the wrong name and asked if I was here for my braces tightening (I was not wearing braces). I corrected them. When I was brought in to see the dentist she (the dentist) gave me an odd look and said it didn't look like I needed braces. I corrected her and said I wasn't here for braces. Upon leaving from the free consultation the receptionist called me over to settle up - I told her it was a free consultation and she asked if I had not just received a cleaning. I had not. The waiting room area is fine - minus the loud TV screening some sitcom complete with a laugh track.
