Just gave birth to my first baby, a daughter, here on this Thanksgiving Day and we had such a fantastic experience that I had to post a quick review. I did end up having a c-section (after 20 hours of labor) but it was necessary, not because of any of the silly reasons people talk about. The nurses, the doctors, the facilities, are all wonderful. Our baby ended up needing to be in the NICU for about a week and the nurses in there are all above and beyond amazing - we will never be able to thank them all enough for taking such good care of us and our daughter. Two nurses, Ruth and Gail, were just really incredible and I'll never forget them. I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience here and I'll be highly recommending Spring Valley to any woman I know who's expecting! If we still live in LV when it's time for baby number 2, we know where we'll be giving birth again.
