rev:text	If I can give this place a 0-star I would have. My cousin came into town and rented a car for about 2 weeks. Before she returned the car she needed to have it reasonably cleaned so we came to Full Circle. Pull into the bay and a tall and built African-American gentleman proceeded to tell my cousin how dirty the car was and she definitely would need an extra service with extra charge because they would have to do extra work to clean it. I said "don't you have a set rate for a certain type of service?" He said "this is really dirty and we will have to charge more!" I said "This is BS" I told my cousin we would go someplace else. As I was leaving, this African-American gentleman called across the parking lot and said "have a nice day" sarcastically. I think this gentleman doesn't understand what they are doing is bait and switch. They wait until you come to the Bay, upon realizing you have a rental car you have to get it cleaned, and they right away up selling you to get you to pay more. And as we were leaving he wanted to get the last word in, instead of just going to do his own work for another customer. He clearly was surly and feeling entitled. I really wanted to call him out by asking for his manager, but judging by the way he acted, it was probably a standard operation for this business. Readers, if you want to bring your car to this place to get cleaned up, you better make sure it is not too dirty so you do not get charged more than their posted fee. And don't tell them you have a rental car because that was the mistake my cousin made. We went 5 minutes down the street to Quick N Clean and got the car cleaned there for less!
